REFER A TRAVELER TODAY - EARN A BONUS FOR YEARS

Unlike other travel companies who offer a one-time fixed amount for a single referral, Halo is offering an ongoing bonus based not just on the number of Halo Travelers you refer but on the number of travel contracts the referred employees work. There’s no limit to the number of Travelers you refer or the number of contracts they fulfill.The first tier calculates your bonus based on the travel contracts completed by the Caregivers you refer. (Primary Referrals). The second tier provides an additional bonus based on the travel contracts completed by the Caregivers referred by the Caregivers you referred. (Secondary Referrals).

Tier One - Primary Referrals: $500 bonus for the first 13-week travel contract completed by each caregiver you refer. ($300 for an 8-week contract).$250 bonus for each additional 13-week travel contract the same caregiver signs and completes, either as a new contract or as a contract extension, for this and all future contracts. ($150 for an 8-week contract).

Tier Two Secondary Referrals: $250 bonus for the first 13-week travel contract completed by a caregiver referred by a caregiver you referred. ($150 for an 8-week contract).$125 bonus for each additional 13-week travel contract completed by a caregiver referred by a caregiver you referred, either as a new contract or as a contract extension. ($75 for an 8-week contract)
